N: It also takes 84 earth years for Uranus to spin around the sun once and a Uranus day is 17 hours. Uranus was mistaken for a star once, mostly because of its slow orbit. Even though William Herschel discovered Uranus, Johann Bode the German astronomer named Uranus. Uranus is mostly made of 25 percent rock, 60 to 70 percent ice and 5 to 15 percent hydrogen. Because of Uranus’s unusual tilt, one season lasts for around 21 years. The temperature on Uranus is very cold so it is called a ice giant. But even if the planet is cold on the outside, scientists think that the core of Uranus might be 2760 degrees Celsius. Uranus and Neptune are often called twin planets because of their similar blue appearance.
N:Uranus also has nine rings even though it doesn’t look like it has rings at all. Uranus also is on a 86-degre tilt this causes it to be daytime for a couple of days and nighttime for a couple of days this is because the tilt is very close to 90 degrees. This also makes Uranus inhabitable by humans

-Uranus' atmosphere is made up of hydrogen, helium and methane. The methane in Uranus' upper atmosphere absorbs the red light from the Sun and it reflects the blue light from the Sun back into space. This is the reason why Uranus appears blue.
-Uranus is not completely made out of gas it is actualy made out of ice more than gas.
- It is daytime for 7 days and nighttime for 7 days.
